Logistics:
Fly into Honolulu and take a short flight to Hilo OR Fly into Kona and take a 2 hour shuttle to Hilo
There will be a welcome dinner on arrival day and a goodbye breakfast on departure day
Additional nights beyond the 5 nights included are $250/night plus food costs
